Pretty much any genre goes at Decca, but the one thing that is predictable is that when Becky and her team get behind a project, there would have to be a very good reason for it not to be a success. Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Hey Geronimo brings their warped indie-rock with their new single, “Mutant.” In 2016, they released their debut album Crashing Into The Sun to widespread critical acclaim, receiving praise from Australia’s The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Rolling Stone and The AU Review. Last year also saw the addition of Sydney-based songwriter Pluto Jonze to the line-up. The band spent some time recording their sophomore album along with crafting a brand new live show. The first taste of the upcoming album is “Mutant,” an anecdotal journey of personal embarrassment, as described by co-writer Pete Kilroy. The song details the unfortunate true story of the two times he had met Melbourne singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett, which didn’t go as planned. Listen to “Mutant” HERE and contact Andrew Stone at andrew@chuggentertainment.com as Hey Geronimo are available for international agent and label signing/licensing opportunities.

At the age of 11, after his father took him to Sweden’s largest music festival in Malmö, Paul Rey knew that he wanted to be a performer. Now at 24 years-old, the singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has committed himself to writing uplifting, relatable and sonically diverse songs that he hopes to inspire people. Paul first started out as a rap artist, establishing himself as a seasoned rap battler, where he had opened for Big Sean and Raekwon of the Wu-Tang Clan and released his debut album five years ago, which led to nominations for Best Solo Artist of the Year and Best Newcomer of the Year at Sweden’s Kingsize Gala. A year later, he began to move away from his rap roots and explore singing, where he has since evolved his sound as an artist. His latest single, “All Falls Down,” was written in just 30 minutes and came so natural to Paul that he doesn’t even remember writing it. Experience the talents of Paul Rey in his brand new video for “All Falls Down” HERE and contact Kabiru Bello at bello@warnermusic.com as Paul Rey is available for publishing, synch and brand opportunities.
