After first watching the band perform at On The Rox following The Ting Tings' performance, A&R Worldwide took immediate interest in the duo. Following the performance, A&R Worldwide consulted the group and advised them to focus their attention to the UK and European market. A&R Worldwide also helped the band garner their first ever radio support in the world. A&R Worldwide's efforts led the band being offered a UK deal with Polydor in December 2007, but the band decided to wait. Through A&R Worldwide's introduction to Nick Shymansky at Polydor - LMFAO secured a UK publishing deal with This Is Global. LMFAO also performed at MUSEXPO and has now signed with Interscope's Jimmy Iovine.
