Luke Noa

When he was barely in his teens, Germany's Luke Noa began writing songs and playing his first shows with his band Luke Noa and the Basement Beats. After high school graduation, Noa has worked tirelessly on his songwriting and live shows. With musical influences ranging from Rikas and Go Go Berlin, Noa is now considered one of the most talented German songwriters of his generation. In November, he released his EP Wide Awake, which details Noa’s love for Italy in the 80s, of past awakenings and newfound love in finely honed and arranged songs. The EP’s title track begins with a scratchy guitar strumming, with massive drums and intricate choirs with lyrics reminiscent to U2’s “With Or Without You.” Listen to “Wide Awake” HERE, and you can contact mgmt@luke-noa.com for additional information on Luke Noa, as well as available opportunities.

Their video for “Apple Crumble” received an ARIA nomination for Best Video and they had a number of headline New Year’s shows. The track is filled with nostalgia and inspiration for Colin Hay of Men At Work, who soundtracked their formative years. The band were introduced to Colin in Los Angeles and now the three are friends. One day during the lockdown, Colin would go live on Instagram with his guitar and Oli picked up his guitar and played along with him and that afternoon, he wrote the beginning of the song that would end up being “Colin.” Experience the video for “Colin” HERE, and contact Andrew Stone at andrew@chuggmusic.com for additional information and any available opportunities with Lime Cordiale.
