Coldplay

Prior to Coldplay having a U.S. record deal, A&R Worldwide Founder Sat Bisla worked closely with the band's manager Dave Holmes (who was then the GM of Nettwerk Music America in the U.S.) in securing the band's first-ever radio support in the U.S. for the import single, "Yellow." A number of key radio stations ended-up adding the band into official rotation, based upon the reaction the import single garnered, which led to key momentum for Coldplay in the U.S. and the eventual signing of the band to Capitol Records in the U.S.
