A&R Worldwide played a pivotal early role in helping one of Ireland’s most success bands Picture This with their initial introductions to U.S. and international record labels when they were an unsigned band. In addition, the firm also helped Picture This gain their first global exposure (outside of Ireland) on key radio stations in the U.S. and international markets.
The company’s founder Sat Bisla was instrumental in introducing Picture This to an A&R executive at Republic Records (a division of REPUBLIC Collective and Universal Music Group) in New York City, which led to the band’s first-ever major label signing to one of the most successful major record labels in the U.S. and the world.
